Shipping Policy

 SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, with the exception of weekends. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday MST.

United States orders containing 1-5 bottles are shipped USPS First Class, which is a 5-7 day delivery time; orders with 6+ bottles are shipped USPS Priority, which is a 3-4 day delivery time. 
International orders are shipped using UPS Mail Innovations and can take an average of 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination.


After your orders is placed, you will receives a shipping tracking link. You may receives it some days after your order. 

You will know which carrier is sending your order, if you want to edit shipping time or get delivered somewhere else, you should talk with the carrier directly we can't make any change on our side

 Duties and Taxes 

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the shipping fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

You should include your original packing slip with returns, that way we can easily identify the customer and order number. If you do not have the original packing slip anymore you need to include a piece of paper with your full name and address

We will refund your order only if the product didn’t got opened. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail, which will include a tracking code. 

You will receives a mail from support@nogenetics.com with your tracking. 
Be aware of any other e-mail that contact you, we are not responsible of your actions.


CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier that is sending your order. Since it's them who can take action on this issue.

We are not responsable if you are not at your shipping address when the tracking link said your orders will get delivered and that you didn't went to collect your order at a relay or re-programmed a delivery.
